Shipping & Delivery

At Leather Circle, we strive to deliver your order to you promptly and safely.

In short:

  • Orders ship within two business days.
  • Sent via Australia Post with tracking.
  • Delivery takes 2–7 business days (longer in peak seasons).
  • Enter the correct address to avoid re-delivery fees.
  • Undelivered parcels returned to us can be re-sent (charges apply).

1. Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are prepared and shipped within two business days.
  • Once dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Australia Post standard delivery takes 2–7 business days after collection.
  • Please allow extra time during holiday or sale periods.

3. Tracking

  • All parcels include tracking.
  • Track your order via Australia Post’s Track your item
     service.

4. Parcel Size & Packaging

  • Parcels cannot exceed 100 cm in length.
  • Leather may be rolled with ends tucked to meet this requirement — this does not affect the leather quality.

5. Missed Deliveries & Collection

  • If delivery cannot be completed, Australia Post will leave a card and redirect your parcel to the nearest Post Office.
  • Collection requires photo ID + delivery card within 10 business days.
  • Uncollected parcels will be returned to Leather Circle. Redelivery costs will apply.

6. Incorrect Address Details

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order.
  • If an incorrect address is entered, we are not responsible for re-shipping costs.

7. Delayed or Missing Parcels

  • If your order has not arrived within 7–10 days of dispatch, contact us immediately.
  • We will lodge an enquiry with Australia Post to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
