Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something’s not right, we’ll help you sort it quickly and fairly.

1) Return window

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

2) Eligibility

To be eligible, items must be:

In the same condition you received them (unused, uncut, unstitched, and re-sellable).

Original packaging where possible.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Note on leather characteristics: natural marks, colour variation, and small scars are part of genuine leather and not faults.

3) Change-of-mind returns

You may return an item at your expense within 30 days.

Contact us first to obtain return instructions.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4) Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us right away if it’s damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate and make it right (replacement, exchange, or refund).

In your message, include photos of the packaging and item.

5) How to start a return

We’ll reply with approval and instructions.

Parcels sent back without prior approval may be declined.

6) Exchanges

Prefer an exchange? No problem. Return the original item in original condition.

For change-of-mind exchanges, return shipping to us is at the buyer’s expense; we’ll invoice any re-shipment cost.

7) Non-returnable items

Sale/Clearance items (final sale unless faulty under Australian Consumer Law)

8) Refunds

We’ll email you once your return is received and inspected.

If approved, a refund to your original payment method will be issued within 10 business days.

Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the credit.

9) Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
