We ship all orders from Melbourne via Australia Post. Once dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details by email.

📦 Delivery timeframe: 2–7 business days Australia-wide
📏 Parcel limit: Max 100cm length — we may gently tuck rolled leather to fit safely.

All orders are carefully packed to protect the leather during transit.

Not completely happy? We’re here to help.

If something isn’t right or you change your mind, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Once approved, you’ll have 14 days to return the item.

Return conditions:

• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Due to the nature of leather, variations in colour, texture, and markings are not considered faults
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process a refund or exchange promptly.
